Overview The Worcester Red Sox are recruiting talented, hard‑working, and motivated individuals to be a part of the WooSox Productions Team.
Role and Responsibilities
Create, update, and trigger the graphics for the television broadcast
Create, update, and trigger the graphics for the in‑stadium show
Work with director and producer to gather information on players, managers, upcoming promotions/events, and more for the graphics and implement them into our package template.
Customize the graphic templates and create game, player, and series‑specific graphics as needed, before and during games
Execute the show rundown, communicate with the director, show producer, etc. to produce a cohesive show that flows and tells a story.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Characteristics
Willingness to learn different positions related to WooSox Productions
Experience with Ross XPression or a similar graphics playout system (e.g., Chyron, VizRT)
Ability to write quality copy without spelling or punctuation errors
Knowledgeable about baseball statistics, the flow of the game, etc.
Be proactive and maintain positive working relationships with staff and production crew
Detail‑oriented and organized
Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance
Ability to work non‑traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays) based on event schedule
Ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, management, executive leadership, and event managers
