$20.00 - $21.00 per hour | 100% housing included, onsite residence required.

Key Responsibilities
Perform routine preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances to ensure optimal performance.
Respond to resident service requests, resolving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues promptly and professionally.
Oversee turnovers: conduct inspections, perform repairs and cleaning to prepare units for new residents.
Maintain community curb appeal, including landscaping and exterior maintenance.
Collaborate with other technicians, contractors, and property‑management staff.
Participate in an on‑call rotation for after‑hours emergency maintenance services.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
Perform any additional duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in apartment maintenance or equivalent (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry).
Proficiency with hand tools and power equipment: drills, saws, grinders, electrical testers, HVAC, plumbing tools.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Flexibility to work a flexible schedule and participate in on‑call rotation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must pass a background check, employment verification, pre‑employment physical, and drug screening.
