We’re hiring a
Maintenance Technician / Handyman
to
support our Lead Maintenance Technician
across multiple properties. This is a great role for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, learning from an experienced lead, and being part of a reliable maintenance team.
What You’ll Do
Assist the Lead Maintenance Technician with daily maintenance and repair tasks
Perform routine repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance
Respond to service requests in a timely, professional manner
Help troubleshoot issues and work with vendors when needed
Travel between properties as required
What We’re Looking For
Maintenance or handyman experience preferred
Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
Flexible schedule
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
