Job Description Join our shipping & receiving team and use your knowledge to ensure you properly receive incoming material, maintain accurate accountability of receiving, additions, and deletions for materials from the record. Prepare products for shipment according to specifications and customer requirements. Transport material internally and execute standard procedures to assist the Logistics team in fulfilling tasks on time, every time. Provide ideas to improve processes in a strong continuous‑improvement environment and build a best‑in‑class service culture by driving positive customer satisfaction. We offer a $500 sign‑on bonus, a starting hourly rate of at least $19 per hour, and a full benefits package for full‑time employees from day one. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.–6:30 p.m. with overtime available.
Responsibilities
Transport material.
Pick and pack using an RF scanner.
Execute shipping and receiving operations.
Maintain zero product delinquency.
Improve processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
1+ year(s) of experience in shipping and/or receiving.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to twenty‑five pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to fifty pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than seventy‑five pounds (with assistance).
Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year(s) operating a forklift.
1+ year(s) using an RF scanner.
Ability to work at a fast pace and meet rates.
