Greater Regional is looking for a Patient Access Representative to work a flexible part‑time schedule. The role includes coverage of shifts, nights, and weekends. A professional and courteous manner is required while gathering insurance, and personal patient information.

There is a $10/hour weekend incentive!

Responsibilities

Answer phone calls in a clear, professional manner

Greet patients and visitors as they enter the facility

Provide patients with billing and payment information

Maintain patient records according to HIPAA guidelines

Prior experience with insurance and medical records is a plus

In order for current employees to be eligible to receive a referral bonus, the applicant cannot have worked at GRH previously and the applicant must include the full name of a current GRH employee on their UKG application in the blank provided. New hires must be hired for a regular, non‑casual position to be eligible for bonus. New hires must not drop status for two years after hire for referring employee to get the full bonus. Managers will not be eligible if referring a new team member to their respective department.
