Shift Pattern Full availability, weekends and holidays required.
Hourly rate: $25.63

What will I be doing? As a Doorperson, you would be responsible for greeting arriving and departing guests and directing entry traffic in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Greet arriving and departing guests, direct traffic at the main entrance and offer luggage assistance to guests
Read luggage tags and provide claim tickets for accurate delivery of guest items
Retrieve, move, place and store guest items including, but not limited to, packages, luggage and boxes from vehicles and the luggage storage area
Arrange guest transportation (i.e. taxi cabs), as needed
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issue in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
