About the Role Responsible for the implementation of the member engagement outreach activities for Commercial, Medicaid and Medicare Advantage businesses. Assures cost effective and appropriate outreach programs by designing, implementing, and evaluating engagement activities. Duties include gathering information on consumer interests through activities, satisfaction surveys and polls, and measure ROI of each tactic.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective execution of call centers process, script adherence, regulatory compliance and consistent messaging across outreach.
Collaborate with the Call Center and Field Manager to develop outreach programs to achieve Triple-S membership goals.
Oversee operational performance of outreach campaigns, monitoring key performance indicators such as contact rate, productivity, quality and SLA compliance and implementing corrective actions, optimizing workflows to drive continuous improvement.
Support and implement customer engagement activities in special accounts or establish collaboration with other Regional Manager, Sales Directors, or Provider’s staff.
Support and supervise third parties outreach vendor such as Promotional Agencies, Outbound Call Center, Member Engagement suppliers, E- Commerce Agencies etc.
Participates in diverse committees within the company as needed.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, motivates, and evaluates the performance of direct reports.
Establishes disciplinary actions when necessary and promotes employee performance recognition when applicable.
Support Management or special projects, as needed.
What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Services, or related field. Five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience, preferable in the outreach efforts, promotions preferable in the health industry.
