Product & Marketing Manager Type: Remote | Full-Time

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping brand strategy, driving market expansion, and supporting the launch and growth of differentiated products in a dynamic and evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

Agency & Vendor Management

Oversee external marketing partners, ensuring clear direction, prioritization, accountability, and performance measurement.

Evaluate and source new agency or vendor partners, managing proposals, budgets, scopes of work, timelines, and quality of deliverables.

Strategic Marketing Leadership

Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing plans aligned with product strategy, sales objectives, and early order programs.

Translate product positioning into targeted campaigns for growers, retailers, and distributors, informed by market, competitor, and customer insights.

Content Creation (Written & Digital)

Create high‑quality, credible content including sales collateral, product sheets, technical summaries, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media content.

Develop website copy and landing pages that reinforce brand messaging and support lead generation.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

Manage and optimize digital channels including website updates, SEO, analytics, paid digital campaigns, and social platforms.

Build and refine measurable lead‑generation funnels that support field sales and distributor engagement using performance data.

Sales Enablement & Internal Support

Partner with sales teams to deliver tools such as presentations, product comparison sheets, and regional campaign kits.

Oversee trade show participation, booth assets, promotional materials, customer events, and the marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery.

Relationship Building & Industry Networking

Cultivate relationships with agriculture influencers, retail networks, media outlets, editorial channels, and association groups.

Identify and develop strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility, credibility, and market presence.

Qualifications

Education & Experience : 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within agriculture or a related industry. Proven success in both strategic marketing leadership and hands‑on content development.

Technical Skills : Proficiency with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and Meta or LinkedIn Ad Manager. Experience managing creative agencies, freelancers, and external digital vendors.

Key Competencies : Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Highly organized, self‑directed, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Assets

Familiarity with soil health, biostimulants, or agricultural input categories.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.

CRM exposure (e.g., Acumatica, Salesforce, or equivalent).

Established relationships within agricultural media, distribution, or influencer networks.

Background in a high‑growth or entrepreneurial environment.
