1 Position Summary

Primary Position Duties

Perform Accounts Receivable task:

Performing regular data integrity and quality audits Reconciliation of work billed against client remittance Create and Manage projects Transferring information from hardcopy to a digital format Identify and resolve issues timely and accurately

Effectively communicate verbally and non-verbally with various levels both internally and externally Provide support in all Accounts Receivable aspects. Ability to work both independently and within a team Responsible for reviewing, responding, and resolving request Build solid rapport within organization Identify process breakdowns and implement solutions to streamline processes Performs other duties as assigned Position Requirements

The duties are performed in an office setting. The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions. The employee regularly uses hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk, and hear. Education or Skills

High School Diploma or Equivalent required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from various sources Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, and InDesign Proficient with the ability to quickly learn processes and procedures Prior related office experience preferred Previous Cable experience preferred but not required
