Position Overview
CUSD 303 is seeking a full-time HS Chemistry Teacher, LTS at North HS. PEL with Chemistry endorsement is required. Experience teaching high school; this position teaches 3 sections of honors Chemistry and 2 sections of standard Chemistry. Dates of LTS 1/6/26 - 3/27/26.
Required Qualifications To work as part of our Substitute Team, you will need one of the following: a Valid and active Illinois Professional Teaching License (PEL), or an Illinois Substitute Teaching License (SUB) (requires a bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution of higher education). We do not accept Short Term Substitute Teaching Licenses in D303.
Compensation Long Term Substitute Teacher Rate: $220 per day
Application Requirements In addition to the online application, a valid Substitute or PEL license, two letters of reference, and a fingerprint-based background check from the Kane County ROE must be provided.
