Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an engaging, problem‑solving client service professional to serve in a full‑time role of receptionist at our San Diego office. As the point of first impression for clients, the receptionist must demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills and dedication to delivering superior client service. As a law firm with multiple practice areas, thousands of clients, we are seeking an organized, detail‑oriented person who can maintain a professional and cheerful demeanor in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary : $25.00–$28.00 per hour

Job Duties

Manage front desk operations full time.

Collaborative management of multiple conference room calendars, client‑facing email inboxes, and private office bookings for hybrid staff.

Maintain a clean and organized office space.

Represent the firm with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Handle a high volume of calls on multiple phone lines with sensitivity and poise.

Quickly identify and correctly route calls to appropriate persons and teams.

Perform data‑entry, administrative, and other special tasks from the reception desk.

Serve as an internal point of contact for in‑office staff, assisting them with professionalism.

Maintain and stock kitchen, conference rooms, and copy rooms.

Receive deliveries, sort, and distribute incoming mail.

Qualifications

Ability to work in our San Diego office full‑time.

Multi‑line telephone proficiency.

3+ years of experience as a receptionist in a professional environment.

2+ years of experience in client or customer service experience role.

1+ year experience working in a law firm setting.

Case management program experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer literacy consistent with contemporary business standards (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).

Proficiency in operating office equipment.

Physical requirements of the position include the ability to bend, reach, lift packages up to 25 lbs. and prolonged periods of sitting.
