Chief Impact Officer
to join our leadership team in this remote role. The Chief Impact Officer will be responsible for expanding the company’s visibility, credibility, and influence across the corporate social responsibility (CSR) and social impact ecosystem. This executive experienced in CSR, role blends strategic business development, industry networking, thought leadership, and creative audience engagement. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a partnership strategy focused on enterprise CSR leaders, Fortune 1000 companies, foundations, and ecosystem partners
Identify, cultivate, and convert high-impact strategic relationships that drive brand visibility, revenue opportunities, and long-term growth
Open doors with senior CSR, ESG, and sustainability leaders through existing networks and targeted outreach
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align partnership efforts with company growth objectives
Serve as a public-facing representative and spokesperson for the company across the CSR and social impact landscape
Secure and participate in speaking engagements, panels, keynote presentations, and roundtables at major conferences and industry events
Contribute to and be featured in relevant media, publications, podcasts, and thought leadership platforms
Strengthen the company’s reputation as a trusted partner and innovator in corporate social impact
Bring deep understanding of enterprise CSR priorities, trends, and challenges to inform product, partnership, and go-to-market strategies
Provide strategic insight to internal leadership on market shifts, buyer needs, and emerging opportunities within CSR and ESG
Ensure the company’s impact story is authentic, compelling, and aligned with enterprise expectations
10 or more years of progressive experience in corporate social responsibility, ESG, sustainability, or social impact leadership in large enterprise companies
Demonstrated success in business development, partnerships, or external-facing leadership roles within the CSR or impact space
Established and credible presence within the CSR and social impact ecosystem
Recognized through social media, industry publications, conference participation, speaking engagements, media features, or advisory roles
Strong professional network of enterprise CSR leaders, partners, and influencers
Active and thoughtful presence on relevant professional or social platforms
Exceptional relationship builder with the ability to engage senior executives and external stakeholders
Strong public speaking, storytelling, and presentation skills Strategic thinker with a creative approach to audience engagement and partnership development
Comfortable representing the company at high-profile events and in media settings
Self-directed, entrepreneurial, and energized by building something that has a measurable impact
Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
Passion for our mission and the desire to make an impact in the world through technology

Salary range $180,000 to $200,000 DOE + bonus; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A range of benefits may including equity, healthcare benefits, and paid time off, may be provided as part of the compensation package.
