Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Water/Wastewater Superintendent to join a GC Construction Client in the South California area. This construction client is a large general contracting, construction management, and design build firm operating through the US in building, transportation, and water sectors. This role will support the water division which supports anything from advanced treatment and reuse facilities to critical pump stations and pipelines. This superintendent will be supporting ongoing projects covering the entire Southern California area but only will be supporting 1 project at a time. For 2026 this individual will be supporting an advanced water purification facility that was recently won and will begin soon.

Required Skills & Experience
10 years of professional experience in construction of water, wastewater, or industrial process facilities (oil & gas refineries, chemical plants, or pulp & paper)
5 years of experience as a well-rounded superintendent supporting office and field work within the industry
Planning and implementing construction means/methods for all aspects of residential high-rise projects, schedules, productivity innovations, and site logistics
Experience developing, monitoring, and executing the project construction plan and schedule utilizing P6 scheduling software
Experience managing crews – supervising, training, coaching and mentoring
Working with the Owners to ensure the projects are being built in accordance with the contract documents
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience working for Kewitt, Macarthy, PCO, Garney or smaller local contractors
