As a Senior Sales & Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth across our AI products and technology services portfolio. You will work closely with the leadership team and act as a front-line owner of sales conversations, pipeline development, and GTM execution in the U.S. market.
Key Roles
Drive end-to-end sales conversations from lead qualification to closure
Own outbound and inbound sales initiatives across the U.S. market
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with clear revenue visibility
Engage with CXOs, HR leaders, IT leaders, and decision-makers
Execute GTM plans for AI products and our digital transformation services
Translate marketing initiatives into measurable sales outcomes
Collaborate with leadership on positioning, pricing, and market entry strategies
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals
Provide market feedback to refine messaging, ICPs, and offerings
Support product marketing, demos, decks, and client presentations
Leadership & Ownership
Act as a trusted representative of the company in client conversations
Take ownership of targets, timelines, and execution
Contribute insights directly to leadership on market trends and customer needs
Eligibility Criteria
3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, or Growth roles
Strong experience handling U.S. enterprise or mid-market clients
Proven ability to drive sales conversations independently
Strong understanding of SaaS, AI platforms, or technology services
Based in the U.S. or able to work aligned to New York business hours
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
Comfortable working closely with leadership and owning outcomes
