Your Role
Logistics Coordination & Technical Oversight
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the logistics flow of technical equipment from the Netherlands to international shipbuilding locations. The role combines logistics coordination with technical oversight, ensuring that equipment is delivered on time, correctly labeled, fully documented, and compliant with project and customs requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the transport of technical equipment to international destinations
Arrange national and international transport
Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation
Ensure correct labeling of all equipment and materials
Guide shipments through customs and clearance processes
Support back-office activities by creating and maintaining overview lists and logistics schedules
Act as a link between engineering, suppliers, transport companies, and shipyard stakeholders
Requirements Experience in Maritime or Offshore Logistics
Experience in a logistics, transport coordination, or technical superintendent role is preferred
Background in maritime, offshore, or heavy equipment projects is an advantage
Familiarity with international shipping and customs procedures
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working from both an office environment and on-site at suppliers
Good command of the English language, spoken and written

Stakeholder Collaboration: Update engineering packages as needed, providing technical advice and support to both internal and external stakeholders. You will engage with various disciplines to ensure that piping solutions are optimized for the overall project.
