Our client, a well established manufacturer in the food and protein space, is seeking a hands on, people focused Facilities Manager to support their operation in Denver. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you can have an immediate impact on building reliability, safety, and the day to day employee experience.
As a collaborative organization with fewer than 200 employees all working under one roof, this role offers close partnership with leadership, strong cross functional relationships, and the chance to truly own facilities operations without layers of bureaucracy.
What You’ll Do
Own day to day building operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility systems through third party vendors
Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and performance expectations
Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance programs with external providers
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Conduct routine safety inspections and support emergency response efforts
Coordinate renovations, space planning, and security services
Manage facilities budgets, contracts, and procurement
Serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities related needs
What We’re Looking For
5 plus years of experience in facilities management or building operations
Strong knowledge of building systems, codes, and regulatory requirements
Proven experience managing vendors and service providers
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfort working independently while partnering cross functionally
