Summary Photograph, edit, and upload product imagery for various digital product marketing channels.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Assist in photographing products for catalog, e-commerce, and lifestyle use

Prepare sets, products, lighting, and equipment for photo and video shoots

Capture and process images in accordance with established brand guidelines and creative briefs

Perform basic photo retouching and color correction using Photoshop, Lightroom, Generative AI, or related software

Apply company photography standards, workflows, and file management practices

Assist with organizing, archiving, and maintaining photographic assets in the internal database

Help maintain photography studios, props, and related equipment

Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to support creative projects

Continuously improve technical and creative skills

Effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders using multiple tools to ensure effective visual communication

Perform similar level or nature of duties as assigned

Qualifications Required Education and Experience

Associate’s degree in photography, video production, photography or related field or equivalent years of experience

Knowledge of

Photographic best practices and techniques

Professional photography lighting and related effects

Production process for online publishing and related applications

Basic marketing principles

Ecommerce marketplace platforms

Visual composition

Basic lighting and photography techniques

Skill in

Using computer hardware, including keyboard, mouse, monitor, and related hardware

Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator)

Ability to

Upload content to Ecommerce channels

Execute photos from concept to completion

Demonstrate creative skill in a team environment

Apply close attention to detail

Organize multiple project deadlines simultaneously

Ability to research, proactively solve problems and make decisions using best judgment

Operate a variety of standard office equipment including a computer, telephone, calculator, copy, and fax machine requiring continuous and repetitive arm, and hand and eye movement. Move and operate presentation equipment. Travel to and from meetings and various locations inside and outside the building.

The work environment is frequently within an office setting with low to moderate noise, LED lighting, and temperature control while working alongside large groups of employees in cubicle spaces. Incumbents will attend various business meetings and events inside and outside of the buildings. Occasional exposure to the manufacturing and distribution plant consisting of moving mechanical parts or heavy machinery, vibrations, fumes, unpleasant odors, dust, poor ventilation, chemicals, extreme temperatures, inadequate lighting, workspace restrictions, and moderate to loud noise while in the plant or traveling for work.
