WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re seeking an External Producer (Contract) to quarterback a large-scale retail transformation across the sport specialty channel focused on soccer in North America. This operator will serve as project lead and single point of truth, pulling the strings behind complex, multi-vendor workstreams – from overseeing door counts and fixture planning to creating retail expressions and delivering installations on-time and in budget. The ideal candidate is a detail-obsessed producer with deep experience in retail buildouts, production vendor management, and cross-functional orchestration. You thrive in matrixed environments, drive clarity, and keep teams moving with crisp plans, tight coordination, clear communication, and proactive issue resolution.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Own the end-to-end project plan for soccer retail transformation door revamps—scope, timelines, dependencies, risk mitigation, and status reporting across all stakeholders.
Filter and finalize door counts and door segmentation; translate program intent and strategy into actionable install packages.
Coordinate production vendors to ensure deadlines are hit, brand standards met, and installs are completed on time and within budget.
Run fixture procurement and order management, collaborate with sourcing, procurement, finance, and logistics to place orders, track delivers and reconcile project health.
Establish & maintain the single source of project truth.
Owns project communication to key stakeholders.
Drives cross-functional checkpoints, dates & gates to ensure readiness and escalates/removes roadblocks with urgency.
Measures outcomes & progress reports.

WHAT YOU BRING
5-10+ years producing complex retail or experiential programs/build outs with hands‑on project management in multi‑door rollouts.
Proven track record driving OTIF installations across multiple vendors, with proven success in schedule management, risk logs, change control.
Strong experience translating creative intent into build‑ready specs
Fluency in project tools (ex: AirTable, Excel, Box, Tableau).
Exceptional vendor management skills
Operational rigor.
Clear communicator.
Proven leadership in team development, effective communication, and matrix management.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
