Overview The PPL HSES Training Spec is a recognized subject matter expert in HSES training programs and materials typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. This role is responsible to maintain
CB&I
training program materials and to administer the company’s global HSES training programs.
This position is an individual contributor role. The role directly reports to the Sr Director, HSES and routinely interacts with the Senior Management and Regional Operations.
Responsibilities
Manage training projects or processes with limited oversight from manager
Maintain current HSES training and testing materials in compliance with governing regulatory authorities and
CB&I
Management System procedures
Development of HSES training programs/materials for supervisors and employees
Implement and monitor assigned QHSES training program and initiatives
Maintain training matrix and tracking
Work with Project Management Teams and Clients to assist in applying effective HSES training plans and execution
Qualifications
Typically, 15-20 years’ experience
HSES Degree or equivalent experience
Functional, business and industry experience
Knowledgeable in Mobile Crane and Rigging safety
Knowledge of

products and markets
Skills and Behaviors
Proficient in Microsoft Office products with a focus on Excel
Able to configure and manage data in a company database
Able to run reports, structure and format data for routine reports and presentations
Able to support the delivery of training materials and courses
Proactively identify and solve difficult and often complex problems
Knowledge in HSES programs and course development and deliveryAble to multi-task and manage tight deadlines
Adaptability and agility to learn and contribute in varying and complex environments
Exceptional communication and presentation skill, both written and verbal
Ability to work and build credibility across the business, up to and including senior management level
