Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP facility in
San Jose, CA! We are looking for a professional who is passionate about working with adolescents to join our team and grow with us. The ideal candidate is flexible, dedicated, knows how to take initiative, maintains appropriate boundaries, and stays calm in stressful situations. A considerable amount of training will be provided, and you will have the support of your team-members. This position is challenging yet rewarding as our staff have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of teens and their families.
Payrate: 85,000 - 95,000 for unlicensed and $100,000 - $105,000 for licensed. Hours: We ask that candidates be available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm. Your actual workday will be 8 hours within that time frame, and at least two days each week will be scheduled 11am–7pm. Fridays will be 9am - 5pm
Responsibilities and Duties:
Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)
Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR
Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT Groups
Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team
Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission
Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator
Requirements:
LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or associates ACSW/AMFT/APCC
Must be able to pass a background check
Exceptional clinical judgment
Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
