- Maintain Technical Competency and have working knowledge of the following equipment:
* Low and medium voltage electrical equipment including
+ Switchgear
+ MCCs
+ VFDs
+ Transformers
+ Motors
+ MV circuit breakers and transrupters
+ MV substation equipment
+ MV cables
+ Conduit, cable tray and other raceways
+ Overhead and underground power distribution systems- Possess and maintain working knowledge of the following industry standards
* NFPA 70 (NEC) National Electrical Code
* NFPA 70E Electrical Safety in the Workplace
* NFPA 70B Electrical Equipment Maintenance Program
* OSHA 1910 Subpart S: Electrical
