Performance Testing Engineer (Lead) with skills SDET, Java Performance Test Scripting, JMeter for location Any Infogain Base Location (Noida, Gurugram, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune)
Define and execute the performance testing strategy for AEM DAM migration.
Identify performance benchmarks, SLAs, and success criteria for DAM usage scenarios.
Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and spike tests for AEM Assets.
Validate performance of bulk asset ingestion, metadata updates, indexing, search, and downloads.
Analyze system behavior under high-volume asset migrations and concurrent user access.
Identify bottlenecks across AEM, workflows, indexing, storage, and integrations.
Collaborate with AEM developers and architects to tune performance and recommend optimizations.
Validate post-migration performance and scalability readiness before go-live.
Monitor and analyze CPU, memory, response times, throughput, and error rates.
Prepare performance test reports, findings, and recommendations.
Support cutover, go-live, and post-migration stabilization as needed.
Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in performance engineering and testing.
Strong experience testing content platforms, DAM, or CMS systems.
Hands‑on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) performance testing.
Strong understanding of AEM DAM architecture, workflows, indexing, and asset processing.
Hands‑on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling).
Experience analyzing infrastructure and application-level metrics.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
