About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive
Oracle ERP Cloud RMCS Support Consultant
to join our onsite team supporting a major banking client. This role requires close daily collaboration with offshore teams, oversight of scheduled jobs and integrations, resolution of business‑critical issues, and delivery of system enhancements that improve functionality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage scheduled jobs and integrations within Oracle ERP Cloud
Coordinate with offshore support teams to ensure timely issue resolution
Perform root cause analysis and debug issues reported by business users
Provide L2/L3 support for the RMCS module
Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues related to journal entries, accounting rules, and financial reporting
Gather and document business requirements for system enhancements
Design and implement configuration updates, extensions, and reports
Collaborate with development teams on customizations and testing activities
Serve as the primary onsite contact for business users
Deliver regular updates to stakeholders on issue status, enhancements, and system performance
Create and maintain documentation including SOPs, solution designs, and user guides
Ensure compliance with banking industry standards and internal policies
Maintain audit trails and support internal and external audit activities
Work Model We aim to provide flexibility wherever possible. This role is primarily remote, with travel as needed based on business requirements. Working arrangements may evolve depending on project needs, but expectations will always be communicated clearly. We support a healthy work‑life balance through a variety of wellbeing programs.
Required Qualifications
Strong hands‑on experience with
Oracle ERP Cloud – RMCS
Proficiency in monitoring and debugging scheduled jobs, including ESS jobs and integrations
Experience in issue resolution, functional analysis, and enhancement delivery
Solid understanding of accounting rules, journal processing, and financial reporting
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with offshore teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience in banking or financial services is highly preferred

Salary and Compensation

Annual salary range:
$135,000 – $155,000, based on experience and qualifications
Eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, subject to plan terms
