Let’s shape tomorrow - it’ll be a fun journey!**Summary:**The associate in this role will use his/her skills in leading process design, Supply Chain Execution (SCE) application knowledge, development integration, testing and deployment, to focus on architecting a solution using Business Process Re-engineering techniques and methods to achieve a defined business outcome. He/she will work on the complete life cycle from business needs definition, through process design, build or system configuration, testing, training, end user and technical documentation and delivery for process enactment and final diagnosis. The associate in this role will play a significant role in re-engineering global Supply Chain processes and solutions which are global in nature, integrated with other process areas, scalable, flexible, customer focused and follows industry best practices. Process improvements may range from reduced keystrokes, reduced handoffs, centralized data, reduced delays, freeing resources faster, or combing similar activities.**Your role:*** Defining, designing and implementing process improvements across Inventory management, Warehouse operations, logistics and quality management while aligning to industry best practices.* Independently analyzes business problems and operational data from one or more sources to formulate solutions of moderate to significant complexity.* Resolves technical issues and analyzes or develops solutions for application programs outside primary application knowledge.* Strong expertise with SAP/WMS systems, build functional specifications, functional walkthrough, design test cases and perform functional acceptance test with IT for the solution deployment.* Analyze and design business processes in Supply Chain execution area.* Liaison with the IT technical teams and represent transportation specific initiatives with regards to warehouse management systems, transportation Systems and Carrier communications. participate in all partner IT meeting to understand current and future requirements.* Develop product requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community.* Gather business requirements, design, system integration testing, User acceptance testing.**What you bring to the role:*** Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering (industrial/mechanical), Information Technology, Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.* Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions architecture and WMS, WCS, WES or related system design, SQL skills / experience working with relational databases and tables* Expertise in WMS techno/functional modules Warehouse Management (WM), Yard Management, and RF Scanning* Experience with any one or more industry leading Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management systems and Labor Management System (LMS) like SAP, JDA, Oracle, Manhattan, high jump, etc.* Experience with two or more of technologies like QUIKJOB, ENDEVOR, XPEDITOR, SPUFI, PLATINUM, Big Query, Hadoop, MS SQL Server, Snowflake.* Experience with either one or more databases like DB2, PostgreSQL, SQL, Oracle.* Experience with one or more programming languages like Mainframe COBOL, Micro focus COBOL, PRO\*C & C, R, Hive, SQL, Python.* Experience with two or more tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, Power BI, Google Looker, NetSuite, Adobe Analytics, JIRA.* Experience with MS SQL, Oracle, SSRS, SSIS, API, WEB API, Power BI reporting with Customization skills.* Experience in Supply Chain Concepts like Warehouse management, Materials management, Inventory management, process design and Process Improvements.* Intimate knowledge of related Distribution Center operations best business practices* Basic understanding of WMS /Oracle database/table structures is desirable.* Experience in building medium-to-complex reports using Power BI or SSRS is preferred.* Knowledge of Supply Chain Logistics/Operations* Demonstrated high competency in the execution of multiple projects. Work with process & system groups to understand the business case and system needs to align as per project timelines* Detailed understanding of systems implementation methodologies and their practical application* Work with cross functional team to oversee and review process design, change assessment and business readiness.* Liaison with project management office and appropriate Project Management offices to help manage the day-to-day interdependencies of multiple project teams.* Work with Process owners, system analysts, SME’s, business groups and IS team to plan and drive project execution#LI-RT1The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $93,000.00 - $158,100.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
