Job Description
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
Helping residents with mobility and transferring as needed
Monitoring and documenting changes in residents’ health and behavior
Collaborating with other team members to ensure residents' needs are met
Medication management
Qualifications
Prior experience as a caregiver and Medtech required.
Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of our residents
Medication management required
Must be able to pass a full background check
Must have current certificate
