The pay range is $20.00 - $25.00/hr; base pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Selected candidates may be eligible for benefits including medical, prescription, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, tuition assistance, sick and vacation time, and tire discounts.
The role: An emergency response tire technician for semi‑truck fleets. When a customer has a tire failure, the technician is dispatched to repair or change the tire. When no service calls remain, the technician helps mount orders, clean and organize the shop, and perform other general duties as needed.
Shift Information This position includes participation in a mandatory on‑call rotation. During an assigned on‑call period, technicians are expected to respond to after‑hours service requests—including evenings and weekends—with a high rate of acceptance. All after‑hours service calls are compensated at a premium pay rate with guaranteed minimums.

Valid driver’s license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous commercial service tire experience
About the Role: What skills will you learn?
Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire
Performing match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary
Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements
Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements including wearing proper PPE, using tire cages, and following all other safety policies and procedures
