Teller
to join our Rapid City team. Whether you’re brand new to financial institutions or already have teller experience, we’re excited to meet candidates who enjoy helping others, thrive a fast-paced environment, and want to grow with an organization that believes in promoting from within.
Pay Range
$17.55 – $18.00/hour
for candidates
without teller experience
(we will fully train the right person!)
$18.50 – $19.50/hour
for candidates
with direct teller experience

What You’ll Do
Greet members warmly and assist with day-to-day transactions
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cash advances
Balance and maintain your cash drawer accurately
Process checks, money orders, wires, and night drop transactions
Answer member questions in person and over the phone
Promote credit union products and services that benefit members
Support daily branch operations and collaborate with teammates
Follow policies and procedures to ensure security and compliance
Who You Are
At least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license
Previous customer service and cash-handling experience preferred
Teller or financial institution experience is a plus—but not required
Friendly, organized, and dependable
Comfortable multitasking and learning new systems
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
Able to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
