Job Description
Acara Solution is looking for an Advanced Manufacturing/Production Operator for our client located in Scottsdale, AZ.
Responsibilities
The Advanced Manufacturing / Production Operator will perform project tasks/assignments of moderately complex nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
Basically, you'll perform fabrication or inspection functions in a research, production or pre-production environment by reading and interpreting moderately complex schematics and drawings.
Following more advanced methods, techniques, and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing on subassemblies and units, we'll rely on you to build or integrate hardware for prototypes, subassemblies or systems, perform moderately complex electrical tests along with more complex rework and refurbishment of hardware and systems.
Required Skills / Qualifications
High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in production assembly operations.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in performing electrical tests and hardware refurbishment.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications
Previous experience with J-STD-001 space addendum
Ability to accurately complete process paperwork and entering data into the applicable work order management system
Solid computer, communication and time management skills
Solid knowledge of measuring/test equipment and math
Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Team player who thrives in collaborative environments and revels in team success.
Additional Information
Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
