Company IMCOR is one of Arizona’s largest mechanical subcontractors, specializing in design/build, industrial HVAC, piping & plumbing systems, service maintenance and special/facility projects.
Responsibilities
Work on trade‑specific (plumbing) new and/or tenant improvement related commercial projects.
Install, update, troubleshoot and/or repair trade specific/project specific assignments.
Perform layout and installation of trade specific plumbing focused items and materials.
Read/interpret contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, architectural, structural and mechanical drawings.
Requirements
Minimum five (5) years of recent, relevant experience in plumbing trade and closely related responsibilities or any combination of education and/or recent, relevant experience to perform the job duties.
Must have all required tools to perform assigned job duties.
Must be able to lift and/or carry heavy, bulky items, supplies and/or materials weighing up to 80 pounds.
MUST have reliable transportation.
