Job Title: Avionics Installer As an Avionics Technician, you will be involved in the modification, repair, and installation of bundles at partner sites. Your role will include reading instructions such as work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists to determine materials needed and the sequence of assembly.

Responsibilities

Rework connectors, back shells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs, and any other components.

Route wires including gage, coax, quadrax, shielded, and twisted types.

Change routing/breakouts.

Perform electrical tests and complete associated paperwork.

Assist with the training of other technicians when needed.

Conduct quality tests such as ring out/continuity testing and high voltage testing to validate installations.

Address nonconformance reports and make necessary changes.

Perform the duties of an Avionics Installation Technician when not testing.

Shift

Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Potential overtime on the weekends

Pay

$18/hr-$26/hr

Work Environment Work within aircraft production at Dassault Falcon Jet in climate-controlled hangars. The dress code prohibits denim, requiring work pants or non‑athletic shorts.

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Little Rock, AR.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38,043.00 - $54,246.00/yr. PTO, health care, 401K, incremental and performance‑based raise opportunities.
