Key Responsibilities
Perform and oversee advanced plumbing repairs and installations
Ensure compliance with Kentucky plumbing codes and safety standards
Serve as the licensed Master Plumber for assigned properties
Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues across multiple sites
Train, mentor, and support maintenance technicians\ Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
Coordinate with property managers and regional leadership
Assist with emergency plumbing issues when required
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Qualifications
Active Plumber License (required)
Minimum 5+ years of professional plumbing experience
Multi‑family or commercial property experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, diagnostics, and code compliance
Ability to travel between Louisville‑area properties
Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record
Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
