Position Overview
Join this reputable, high-volume private practice while residing in sunny southern Oregon, an outdoors enthusiast's dream destination!
This established private practice is seeking a BE/BC Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team.
The team includes 6 orthopedic surgeons, 6 first-assist PAs, a podiatrist, experienced surgical staff, and dedicated administration.
Pre-requisites Prior orthopedic experience is preferred, but not required.
Opportunity
Work alongside multiple orthopedic surgery subspecialties – general ortho, total joints, knees, hips, etc.
4.5‑Day Work Week – Clinic only
No Call and No Weekends
$140,000+ Guaranteed Base Salary with potential for annual base increases
Relocation Assistance
Comprehensive benefits package, malpractice coverage with tail, CME, and 2‑4 weeks of paid time off
