Responsibilities
Complete company‑paid training to be responsible for daily operation of a pest control service route.
Drive a company vehicle and follow a route schedule within assigned territory, ensuring timely and safe arrival at each customer.
Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and discuss additional services that meet customer needs.
Serve as a problem solver to determine most efficient pest solution for each customer.
Complete all required service‑related documentation using hand‑held device for speed and accuracy.

Qualifications
No experience required – we’ll train you to be a Pro.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company‑paid).
Ability to work independently in the field, manage route‑based assignments, and interact with customers.
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws.
Physical & Work Environment
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. with ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator.
Willing to work in different types of weather conditions.
