This is a 1st Shift role #on-site (M-F, 5:00AM - 1:30PM), in Milwaukee in the 100‑C department with a starting rate of $22.12 per hour.
You will be part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for position level and compensation.
Job Summary: Operate a variety of automatic machinery used in the production of our product. Work from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor to perform production tasks.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Use documented work instructions with schematics and manufacturing execution systems on moderately difficult assignments at a variety of workstations. Which may include expertise across multiple machines. Additionally, team members collaborate to correct machine problems. Work with machinery to propose solutions, and supports development projects. You could require 8 hours of overtime/week depending on production demand. Actual overtime hours may vary.

Read and understand written instructions
Use a computer to view, log, or find appropriate job related information
Work with HMIs to resolve machine faults
Work in a team environment
Collaborate with team members to correct problems
Use manual tools, power tools and machinery
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of High School Diploma/GED or 2 years of verified related experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Typically requires 2 years of previously related experience.
