We are growing our Service Department in West Michigan and looking for an experienced Service Technician who wants a consistent schedule, steady work, and clear upward mobility.
This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on trade experience who is ready for stability now and leadership opportunity down the road.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose minor plumbing and service‑related issues Communicate service findings to the leadership team to support training and improve installs Deliver a professional, five‑star customer experience Document service work and notes in our CRM system Perform service and warranty work including caulking, shower door adjustments, minor drywall, and finish work What We’re Looking For
Construction, remodeling, plumbing, or general trade experience Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Organized, dependable, and able to manage time independently Customer‑focused with professional communication skills Interested in career growth with potential to move into a lead or management role What We Offer
