There is also a 90‑day onboarding period where they will ensure you know everything you need before putting you onto the line.

Training and cross‑training on other products, to expand your skillset.
Day‑based role with half day on Friday.
The Candidate:
Able to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
Looking for training and a fresh start on a new career path.
Some electrical education or certification (trade school, technical college, or similar).
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Salary: $22.00/hr - $23.50/hr (base range)
