We provide the highest quality dairy products in Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, and Kansas. Our maintenance team provides 24/7, 365 days a year skilled maintenance services to our production and cooler distribution teams. The company is unionized. We are looking for skilled and qualified candidates to join our team on 2nd Shift (3pm to 11:30pm) and every other weekend as required. Eligible employees may bid in accordance with the CBA for first shift opportunities.

All Candidates Must Have Working Knowledge Of The Following
Ability to read schematics and blueprints
Ability to comprehend and interpret complex owner manuals
Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions
Knowledge of current OSHA standards and guidelines
Strong mathematical skills (must perform basic formulas)
Measurement devices (tapes, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Must be able to successfully use or pass the following safety equipment and training
Confined Space
Hazardous Communication
Lock-Out / Tag-Out
Fall Protection
Forklift
Bloodborne Pathogen
Electrical Safety
Ladder Safety
Machine Guarding
Compensation And Benefits
Full company benefits starting the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment
Paid weekly ($32.50 per hour base) Annual raises per CBA
Medical (Blue Cross Blue Shield) $15 Single / $25 Family weekly premium
Dental (Delta Dental) zero cost with elected medical coverage
Basic life insurance and AD&D (no cost). Additional coverage available for purchase
Pension plan following 30 days of employment
Shift differential ($0.50 additional for hours worked between 6 PM-6 AM)
Paid holidays following 60 day probationary period
401K voluntary following 90 days of employment

Company provided steel‑toed boots
Company provided yearly tool allowance ($500 for 2025)
Required qualifications
High school diploma or better (high school or better)
4 years Industrial Machinery Maintenance
