Process Assistant
Amazon’s Worldwide Operations network delivers millions of packages and smiles to Amazon customers every day.
We are looking for motivated, customer‑focused individuals who want to join our team.
In this role, you will ensure employee productivity is maximized and customer engagement is achieved.
You will also play a key part in maintaining customer expectations so that orders are delivered on time and to the right location.
Workflow Overview Our operations workflow has three major components:
First mile – where the product is housed and ready for order.
Middle mile – where the order is hauled to your area.
Last mile – when the product is delivered to the customer’s door.
All workflows have slight building variations, but one thing is constant: our vision and dedication to the customer. Key Responsibilities
Support, mentor, and motivate others.
Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
Collaborate with all support teams (Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources) to develop plans to meet business objectives.
Basic Qualifications
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Work 40 hours/week, with overtime as required.
Are 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of leadership experience directly managing others.
1+ year working in a similar environment (manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or retail).
Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coach, train, and assist team members.

Compensation The base pay for this position ranges from $46,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $57,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
