Who we are looking for: The Team Lead, Capital Floorplan supports the floorplan lending function by managing the process of dealer contracting, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filings, and Purchase Money Security Interest (PMSI) notices. This team lead role ensures loan documentation is accurate and compliant and that the company’s security interests are properly perfected. The ideal candidate is very organized, has strong attention to detail, experience with contracting and/or secured lending, leads by example, and has the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced financial services environment.

What you will do:

Lead team that prepares, reviews, and processes floorplan lending contracts and related documentation and can perform all aspects of the team’s functions

Responsible for supervision of team, including hiring and staffing, coaching and training, and performance reviews.

Ensure contracts are correct in every detail and comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards

Track contract status and see that accurate records are maintained in internal systems
