Your Role: As the Cashier at Angry Chickz, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping their dining experience by offering a warm welcome, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring a swift and accurate transaction.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet customers and provide them with menu details or any promotional information.
Accurately take orders, ensuring special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen team.
Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring all cash is accounted for and registers balance at the end of your shift.
Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience
Bag and wrap to-go orders
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to handle money accurately and responsibly.
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
Work Attire:
Wear Angry Chickz uniform as well as non-slip shoes required by safety department.
Language Ability:
Able to speak clearly and comprehend directions in English. Able to read English. Ability to read/speak Spanish is extremely helpful but not mandatory.
Physical Demands:
Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
