Job Description
Overall Experience (15+ Years)
Provides full program management support: scheduling, budgeting, documentation, requirements tracking, and reporting.
Prepares technical materials: PLAs, briefings, white papers, engineering docs, test plans, and mission analysis.
Coordinates all meetings, agendas, minutes, and stakeholder engagement.
Supports engineering, systems analysis, modeling/simulation, and R&D activities.
For PBN, analyzes navigation capabilities, develops prototypes, performs flight‑track analysis, updates PBN plans/ConOps, and prepares validation/benefit reports.
For Remote Towers, supports AC/SDA development, testing, specs updates, COTS evaluations, and provides human‑factors analysis and assessment reports.
For R&D, manages the research portfolio system, supports knowledge‑sharing, manages risks/actions, and prepares New Entrant program briefings.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors in Engineering, math, or science degree is required. For Human Factors Analysts: Psychology and related Human Factor specialized degrees are acceptable.
