Responsibilities

Under the direct supervision of the Vice President of Athletics, the Associate Athletic Director of Compliance oversees LaGrange College's NCAA compliance program. Monitor and certify student-athlete eligibility for practice and competition in accordance with NCAA and institutional standards. Serve as a liaison between Athletics and campus offices such as Enrollment, Registrar, and Financial Aid to ensure accurate and timely processing of eligibility and compliance documentation. Educate coaches, staff, and student-athletes on NCAA rules and regulations; provide interpretations and guidance as needed. Prepare and submit required NCAA and institutional reports, including eligibility waivers and rule interpretations. Develop and distribute compliance education materials for internal and external constituents, including boosters and alumni. Maintain accurate compliance records and assist in investigating and reporting potential violations. Represent the athletics department at conference meetings, NCAA regional rules seminars, and national conventions as needed. Assist with game-day operations, event management, and other departmental duties as assigned. Leads the Title IX compliance for all women’s athletic programs. Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in sports management or a related field and demonstrated experience in NCAA compliance and eligibility processes, strong knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply legislation, 3-5 years experience working in an athletics management role in higher education and excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
