OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION Full-time permanent Inpatient Rehab position with a focus on the Neuro population. In this setting you will work 1:1 with patients and will never be required to do group therapy. The team is willing to mentor and train this new hire and they have a Senior PT with over a decade of Neuro Acute and Inpatient Rehab experience. Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care. We are not looking for an individual who is just looking for their next "job" but someone who wants to invest in a career to help others.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master/Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Passion for Neurological conditions
Desire to pursue career growth
Servant leader mindset
Coachable and eager to grow
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Collaborative, team building personality style
Experience preferred
