Job Description
Customer Service Representative Long term contract As a Customer Service Representative, you will be assisting healthcare subscribers with their yearly enrollment and answering other health insurance questions. This opportunity requires intelligence, compassion and the ability to communicate well. You will be taking inbound calls and occasionally researching information and returning a call. NO SALES! Upon completion of training, you will be assigned an eight or ten hour shift starting as early as 7 a.m. or one ending as late as 10 p.m. Alternative shifts may be chosen after seniority is established.
