Fogelman is hiring a certified Maintenance Technician for Ansley at Roberts Lake Apartments, a 296-unit community located in the in Arden, NC. The ideal candidate is experienced with HVAC, plumbing & electrical, HVAC certified, honest, a team player, and provides exemplary customer service skills.

SUMMARY The MaintenanceTechnician is responsible for completing maintenance service requests and repairs to the buildings and grounds as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor while providing excellent customer service to our residents.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for completing all service requests as assigned.

Responsible for the completion of all make-ready units.

Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.

Responsible for supplying all personal tools.

Responsible for cleaning work area, tools and equipment.

Assists in preventive maintenance projects.

Escalate unresolved service issues to the Service Director.

Participates in "on call" rotation and responds to emergency calls as needed.

Responsible for positive communications with residents, vendors, and co-workers.

Be aware of and operate within company safety policies at all times.

Adhere to all company policies including but not limited to safety and Fair Housing.

Other job duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Three years of experience in apartment maintenance preferred.

HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).

Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
