Service Advisor
Duval Motor Company is seeking an experienced, customer-focused
Service Advisor
to join our Ford Pro Elite team. In this role, you’ll greet customers, manage service appointments, prepare repair orders, and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience from start to finish. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional with a strong commitment to exceptional CSI performance.

Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally; gather and document vehicle information
Schedule service appointments and manage the daily service flow
Accurately write repair orders and clearly document customer concerns
Conduct or coordinate test drives to verify issues when needed
Review service history and inspect vehicles to recommend additional maintenance
Educate customers on recommended services and maintenance requirements
Provide accurate estimates for labor and parts
Communicate effectively with technicians, parts department, and other internal teams
Maintain consistent follow-up and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
Uphold Duval Motor Company’s service standards and brand reputation
Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings: background check, MVR check, and drug test
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Completion of Form I-9 and required documentation within 3 business days of hire
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
Proven record of strong CSI performance
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Problem‑solving and analytical abilities
