Hours:
15–20 per week, flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment: create job ads, manage resumes, and maintain applicant tracking.
Support onboarding: send new hire links, schedule training, and assist with new hire orientations.
Provide general HR administrative support: reports, filing, and correspondence.
Help with benefits administration: billing, open enrollment, and employee inquiries.
Assist with organizing quarterly staff trainings and staff outings.
Assist with special HR projects, including updating policy updates and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
Experience in HR is a plus.
Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
Additional Requirements
Background check and drug screening required.
