Job Highlights
Safe and efficient operations of the TCO unit by supporting and participating in all related projects
Ensure all Safety and Environmental policies are followed
Follow good housekeeping practices to ensure area meets expectations
Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed
Ability to cross train on all operations within the area
Monitor the process in the field and/or in control room to report unusual and unsafe conditions
Identify routine maintenance requirements
Participate in activities and meetings which will enhance plant safety, reliability, cost and environmental performance as well as area production objectives
Demonstrate behavior consistent with site standards and coach others to do the same
Experience and Skills
High School Diploma
Good problem-solving skills
Must be able to work twelve-hour rotating day/night and overtime as needed
Previous experience in operations is a plus
May require membership in Fire Brigade
Mechanical aptitude (working with pipe wrenches and tools needed for plant activities and minor maintenance)
Experience in operating a forklift or ability to learn
Participation in plant safety programs
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
