Office & Store Assistant , you help keep the camp store and office running smoothly for campers. You manage

You will spend your summer working inside and around camp, greeting guests, managing sales, helping with paperwork, and
making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes .

What You Will Do
Keep the camp store clean, organized, and
ready for customers .
Handle
store sales , track and restock inventory, and reconcile purchases.
Answer phones , help with guest check-ins and office paperwork.
Process payments, maintain records, and support
daily clerical tasks .
Greet campers with a
friendly attitude
and help when needed.
Help with
deliveries , store/office organization, and support other camp tasks when needed.
Your work helps campers feel
welcomed, supported, and cared for .
Who We Are Looking For
18 or older.
Strong
organization
and
multitasking
skills.
Customer service
or retail experience.
Comfortable with clerical work and
basic office tech
(computer, POS, phones).
Friendly, polite , and able to communicate clearly with campers.
Responsible, professional, and able to
stay calm under stress .
Someone
dependable
who shows up on time and
works hard .
We treat staff like adults.
We expect people to show up fully, work hard, communicate clearly, and support one another.
