Job Summary This position in the Office of Sponsored Projects Administration (OSPA) is responsible for completing the administrative closeout process for sponsored projects.
Responsibilities
Running and distributing a report of accounts that have closed in the OSPA database (aka, the closeout report).
Reviewing the sponsored project account based on specified criteria and documenting those in the report.
Communicating information from the report to other UK units, and marking and moving the electronic files for record retention purposes.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities Must be proficient with Excel, familiar with electronic files, have excellent attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
